Shipping Policy for Stylvee

1. General Information

At Stylvee, we are dedicated to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. This policy outlines our shipping procedures and timelines. We currently ship to most pin codes across India.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and national holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Times and Delivery Estimates

Once your order is processed and dispatched, you can expect delivery within 1 to 7 business days.

Our standard delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Metro & Tier-I Cities: Usually delivered within 1-3 business days. (e.g., Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai).
  • Tier-II & Tier-III Cities: May take 3-5 business days.
  • Remote Locations: For locations such as the Northeast, Jammu & Kashmir, and other remote areas, delivery could take up to 7 business days or slightly longer.

Please note that these are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier service, and other factors beyond our control. “Business days” do not include weekends or public holidays.

4. Shipping Costs

6. Undeliverable Packages

  • Incorrect Address: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct and complete shipping address. Stylvee is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • Failed Delivery Attempts: If a package is returned to us after multiple failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping fee.

While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service, weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
